Servicing of your system will prolong the life of your unit and allow for optimum unit operation.

Often we see owners neglect their air conditioning system without undertaking maintenance and then 5 – 7 years post install, after the warranty has lapsed issues can arise. The reason for most of these breakdowns is because the system is working harder than it should due to a lack of preventative maintenance. With proper maintenance a systems life span should be well over 15 years.

• Cleaning filters at least every few months by hosing them out clean side first
• Keeping your outdoor unit clean and clear from obstructions

Change those batteries!! When your remote control becomes unresponsive – don’t keep banging it each season!! (Yes – We’ve all done it!!)

Failure of your air conditioning unit due to improper maintenance by the customer is an exclusion on your warranty, so ensure your unit is properly maintained.
